We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Tech SME. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for managing a Scrum team and coordinating Scrum activities such as sprint planning, sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a Scrum team and coordinate Scrum activities
- Ensure all appropriate sprint ceremonies occur, including daily stand-up, sprint retrospective, sprint review, sprint demo, Scrum of Scrum, and Scrum of Scrum of Scrums
- Report on a sprint-by-sprint basis to leadership teams
- Coordinate Jira reporting with Development and DevOps leads for epics/stories/tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Payments Industry and Agile experience are essential
- Highly skilled on Jira/Confluence – designer level
- In-depth ISO20022, Hybrid Address, and payments knowledge would be an advantage
