Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Human Resources department. As a key member of our team, you will support the planning, organisation and implementation of personnel development measures. Your tasks will include accompanying the training management over our digital learning platform, contributing to the creation of digital learning content, and playing a crucial role in the follow-up and evaluation of training sessions and seminars. You will also assist in creating training concepts and preparing presentations, bringing your own ideas to the table for didactic design.
As a full-fledged team member in the Personnel department, you will support us in our daily business with your engagement.
The internship will start in August 2026 and last for 6 months. You will work 35 hours per week.
Requirements:
- Currently studying Business Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable course with a focus on personnel and a passion for personnel development
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in German (B2 level) and good in English
- Motivated to work in a team with helpful and friendly colleagues, demonstrating your excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as independent working style
Note: A valid matriculation at a university or college (or currently in a gap year) is required.
