Are you a technically exceptional Reward leader who enjoys turning complexity into clarity? We're looking for a Head of Reward to play a pivotal role in shaping and governing reward across our organisation.
This is a high-impact leadership role combining strategic influence with hands-on analytical depth to deliver reward outcomes that are robust, compliant and commercially aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive delivery of reward operations across pay, incentives, benefits, job evaluation, equity plans and regulatory reporting
- Own job evaluation, grading frameworks and market benchmarking to ensure fair and competitive pay structures
- Manage the full benefits portfolio and equity plans, ensuring compliance and commercial sustainability
- Deliver statutory reporting (including Gender Pay Gap) and maintain strong reward governance
- Provide advanced analytics, modelling and commercial insight to support senior decision-making
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Reward leadership experience within a large, complex organisation
- Deep expertise across compensation, incentives, benefits, job evaluation and regulatory reporting
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and modelling expertise
- Commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
