Minibus Driver

As a Minibus Driver, you will drive the Company's specialist vehicles on the airfield to transfer passengers with reduced mobility (PRMs) from the aircraft to the terminal building or from the terminal building to the aircraft. You will also be required to assist PRMs onto the aircraft, to their seat or into the ABM vehicles or terminal buildings which involves passenger and manual handling techniques.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing the daily Vehicle Check Sheet to maintain the operational reliability of the vehicle
• Driving the Company vehicles ensuring that the vehicle is always safe and secure
• Operating the vehicle safely within proximity to the aircraft using all safety systems of the vehicle
• Maintaining a clean and tidy vehicle
• Delivering or collecting passengers at the aircraft door and assisting with the transfer into their seat or wheelchair through safe manual handling techniques
• Completing Customer Service Agent duties within the terminal when demand requires
• Ensuring that the Allocator is always updated on progress of jobs using PDA's
• Observing all Stansted Airport airside driving requirements
• Promoting a safe and secure environment
