Description
We're hiring a Product Design Manager to lead our enterprise growth team. As a Product Design Manager, you'll split your time between people leadership and hands-on design. You'll manage 1-3 product designers, set a high bar for feedback culture, and know each person's growth edges. You'll also shape strategy with cross-functional partners, partner with PM and engineering leads to define roadmaps and success metrics, and engage directly with enterprise customers and users.
As an individual designer, you'll own end-to-end design for significant work in your area, from problem framing through final details, alongside your team's projects. You'll set the quality bar through your own output as much as through feedback, and stay close enough to the work that your perspective is sharp and grounded in the nuances of specific business and technical inputs.
We're looking for someone who's managed designers before, has a strong design craft, and is energized by both sides of the role. You'll thrive on wrangling order and simplicity out of ambiguity, and enjoy leading in a dynamic environment. You'll also inspire your colleagues to be the best versions of themselves.
