Description

We are looking for a Player Experience (PX) Insights Researcher to help guide game development by collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape EA SPORTS™ FC's strategy and player experience. This position will play a critical role in shaping and executing our player research strategy, ensuring players remain at the heart of every decision and guiding the future of EA SPORTS™ FC.

Responsibilities:

Align player strategy and research initiatives with business and product strategies to ensure strategic player insights drive tangible outcomes.

Represent the player perspective to influence creative, monetization, and live service decisions.

Translate player strategy and research findings into actionable, player-first recommendations that guide design, gameplay, and overall experience.

Collaborate with game development teams, product managers, and key stakeholders to integrate player insights throughout the development cycle.

Qualifications:

Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Market Research, Data Science, HCI) or equivalent industry experience.

3+ years of experience in the gaming industry, with a strong track record leading player/user research.

Proven ability to align gaming research with business strategy, ensuring insights drive tangible franchise outcomes.

Strong communicator with experience influencing stakeholders across disciplines and global time zones.

Deep experience conducting and applying game user research across multiple platforms (console, PC, mobile).

A passion for and understanding of global football/soccer is a must.
