We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to join our team as Director of Total Rewards EMEA. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for designing and implementing impactful total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities include:

Compensation Management: Develop and administer competitive compensation structures, including base salary, bonuses, and incentive programs tailored to the EMEA region.

Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with global standards.

Market Analysis: Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure total rewards offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with people teams, senior leadership, and other stakeholders to align total rewards strategies with business goals.

Policy Development: Create and implement policies and procedures related to total rewards, ensuring consistency and compliance across the region.

Communication: Lead efforts to educate employees about total rewards programs, ensuring clarity and engagement.

Data Analysis: Use data analytics to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of total rewards professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.

As Director of Total Rewards EMEA, you will drive the development of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with global strategies. You will also enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through clear communication and innovative rewards programs.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Extensive experience in total rewards management, with a focus on compensation and benefits in a multinational organization.

Deep understanding of EMEA labor markets, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
