  • Develop and enforce incoming quality control (IQC), in-process quality control (IPQC), and outgoing quality control (OQC) strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Serve as the bridge between global Product Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to align quality expectations and resolve technical challenges.
  • Provide regular updates on supplier performance, yield, and product quality metrics to executive leadership.
  • Train and mentor suppliers and factory teams on Corsair’s quality systems and best practices.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).
  • 10+ years of experience in product engineering, supplier quality, or manufacturing engineering in consumer electronics, gaming peripherals, or PC components.
  • 3+ years in a management role.

  • Familiarity with automated test systems, robotics, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
