Order to Cash Analyst

We are looking for an Order to Cash Analyst to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, California. As an Order to Cash Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational and financial lifecycle of a contract. You will work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed and operate within standards and process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing contracts from inception to closure
• Creating and setting up respective projects and contracts in Oracle Fusion
• Working with key stakeholders to ensure accurate information is entered in the system
• Creating sales orders in accordance with program managers and deployment operations
• Working with program managers and the billing team to set up billing and invoicing schedules
• Managing and owning data for the financial operations team
• Maintaining a dashboard of all current and future contracts, required action items, and items pending

Requirements include:

• 2-3+ years of experience working in operations, finance, contracts, or consulting
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, business, accounting, or economics
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with large groups
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred qualifications include:

• Graduate degree
• Oracle Fusion or On-Prem experience
• Foundry experience
• Strong Excel, data visualization, and macro experience
• Ability to understand code and use scripts

Salary range: $77,000 - $102,000 USD
