Description
We are seeking an experienced Support Manager to support the General Manager and Operations Managers within ABM business at Bristol Airport. The ideal candidate will have a sound operational support background and be able to provide a high-quality, professional service in meeting specified requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Operational Performance in accordance with defined cost budgets, ensuring effective day-to-day control of costs while achieving SLA/KPIs.
- Ensuring the ABM Team provides a high level of service in their dealings with passengers and regularly monitoring and improving service levels in the light of passenger surveys.
- Proactively providing solutions to meet client demands within the contract.
- Regularly attending client and customer airline meetings, proactively engaging and resolving any issues.
- Developing and maintaining an effective ongoing working relationship with key contracts.
- Supporting ABM to ensure that all Airport Authority Service Level Agreements are met and maintained.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar role, a minimum of 2 years management experience, ideally within Aviation or logistics, and the right to work in the UK.
