Director, People Partner

We are seeking a strategic People Partner to join our team in Tokyo. As a People Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with engineering and sales leaders to align People and business priorities, advising on organizational design, talent planning, and leadership effectiveness, and guiding leaders through sensitive and complex people challenges.

What you'll do

• Partnering with an array of engineering and sales leaders in aligning People and business priorities.

What you need

• Extensive HRBP/People Partner experience in multinational engineering/technical environments.
• Strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder influence.
