Description
We're looking for a high-energy Inside Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within the territory. You'll be the owner of a defined territory where you'll build your own pipeline, tell the Elastic Search AI story, and close, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.
As an Inside Account Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a proactive outbound cadence, uncovering pain, business impact, budget, and decision criteria using frameworks like MEDDPICC, crafting and delivering tailored narratives and live demos that map Elastic's Search, Observability, and Security capabilities to measurable business outcomes, collaborating with customers to build formal close plans, and leading high-stakes contract and pricing discussions.
To succeed in this role, you'll need proven SaaS quota-carrying success, discovery and qualification skills, compelling value storytelling abilities, well-honed negotiation skills, and a collaborative mentality.
