Description
We are looking for a Director, Global Employee Relations to lead our Employee Relations team at Zendesk. This is a global role that will involve working with issues and initiatives across our global footprint.
The successful candidate will drive a transformational change in our Employee Relations offering, shifting from a reactive function to a proactive center of excellence. They will build our data analytics and reporting capability, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and develop strong working relationships across the People organization.
Key responsibilities include:

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Employee Relations and labor law
- Proven track record of leading global employee relations initiatives
- Broad knowledge of international labor practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Exceptional judgment, conflict resolution, and discretion in sensitive situations
- Ability to prioritize and work proactively in a fast-paced environment
The team is distributed globally and works across multiple time zones. It's an expanding team focused on creating scalable processes and solutions.
The US annualized base salary range for this position is $202,000.00-$302,000.00.
