Job Title: Associate Producer
We're looking for an Associate Producer to join our team at GameSim. As a core coordinator for our production team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the organizational framework of our projects, facilitating cross-disciplinary communication, and ensuring that our project management tools accurately reflect real-time progress.
Responsibilities:
- Project Tracking: Manage the scheduling, assignment, and tracking of art assets through the development pipeline to ensure on-time delivery to clients.
- Operational Maintenance: Update and audit task management software (e.g., Jira, Shotgrid) to maintain data integrity and project transparency.
- Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and attend internal and client-facing meetings; distribute clear, actionable notes and follow-up on outstanding items.
- Milestone Support: Collaborate with project leadership to execute against milestones and assist in scoping and scheduling discussions.
- Process Improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies and assist in implementing solutions to improve team productivity.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive studio documentation, internal wikis, and project presentations.
- Client Coordination: Act as a secondary point of contact for external clients under the oversight of senior production staff.
Requirements:
- Professional Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in a production or project coordination role within the Games, Tech, or Creative Media industries.
- Methodologies: Foundational knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management frameworks.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with task management software (Jira, Trello, Shotgrid, or equivalent) and standard office suites (Microsoft/Google).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professional discretion and attention to detail.
- Problem Solving: Ability to remain organized and productive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
Nice to Haves:
- Basic Art Pipeline Knowledge: Experience working with or along teams creating 3D models, rigs, and animations.
- Software: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro).
- Game Development: Basic familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity.
- Global Logistics: Experience working across multiple time zones and diverse cultural environments.
- Automation: Foundational understanding of task automation and cross-platform documentation tools.
