Senior Manager, Training

The V-BAT Training Senior Manager leads all aspects of V-BAT training and standardization, overseeing the internal training team and managing training as a program to ensure alignment across operations, engineering, and product.

This role delivers consistent, scalable, and measurable training outcomes while operating as an operations officer for flight activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of V-BAT training and standardization
• Oversee the internal training team
• Manage training as a program to ensure alignment across operations, engineering, and product
• Deliver consistent, scalable, and measurable training outcomes

Qualifications:

• Experience leading aviation training programs
• Background in military aviation, UAS operations, or equivalent
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
• Strong understanding of training systems, standardization, and evaluation processes
• Experience in operational planning, scheduling, or operations officer roles
• Ability to translate technical system changes into training requirements
• Strong organisational, communication, and execution skills

Salary:

$140,000 - $210,000 a year
