We are seeking an Ambassador to support the Manager in supervising a team of Ambassadors for the handover of new developments. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate pre-handover preparation works, takeover/handover of units, and follow up on defect rectification works.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in supervising a team of Ambassadors for handover of new developments
- Manage and coordinate pre-handover preparation works, takeover/handover of units, and follow up on defect rectification works
- Follow up on defects list, queries, and complaints raised from the owners
- Coordinate with contractors in handling owner's defect rectification work
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience in hospitality or clubhouse would be a definite advantage
- Customer-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Interested in meeting/taking to different kinds of people, a good listener, and willing to tackle customers' needs
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Hands-on PC skills
