As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, your role is to support the engineering team in optimizing production processes, ensuring quality, and implementing new technologies.
The primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Project Management: Define, develop, and execute project roadmaps as directed by departmental leadership. Process Standardization: Establish and document robust procedures to ensure consistency across all project phases. Communication: Act as a primary liaison between the project team and management, delivering regular status updates and performance reports. Technical Support: Provide cross-departmental support in both Engineering and Maintenance. Analytical Insight: Leverage data evaluation techniques to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Safety & Ethics: Maintain a safe, healthy, and ethical work environment in strict accordance with safety regulations. Workplace Excellence: Sustain a highly organized and efficient work environment through rigorous application of 5S principles.
