Ajax Systems is expanding its footprint across the ASEAN region, building strong local partnerships and scaling its commercial presence in high-growth markets. The company recently launched a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hanoi, Vietnam.
As a Country Manager (Bangkok, Thailand), you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. You will build and manage an enterprise pipeline through a channel ecosystem and develop a go-to-market strategy aligned with the regional direction in Electronic Security.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
- Building and managing an enterprise pipeline through a channel ecosystem
- Developing a go-to-market strategy aligned with the regional direction in Electronic Security
- Representing the company at trade shows and industry events
- Leading the local team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring market share growth
- Identifying, developing, and closing large-scale enterprise projects in key verticals
- Recruiting, onboarding, and managing distributors
- Driving partner enablement programs and joint business planning
- Managing cash flow responsibility for Thailand (both sell-in and sell-out)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally as a Country Manager or a Sales Director in a similar capacity within the electronics security industry
- 5-8 years in the electronic security industry at the managerial level
- Experience working with regional or global security brands
- Strong network in the security industry in the Thailand market
- Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and client needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
