Revenue Operations Specialist

You'll join Spotify's Revenue Operations team, supporting the Order to Cash (O2C) process that underpins how we operate and grow our business globally. This team partners closely with Finance, Sales, and Product to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth customer experience.

Your work will be highly visible, helping improve the systems and processes that keep Spotify running at scale.

Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing and supporting sales orders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal standards Monitoring key processes and service levels, helping the team stay on track and meet agreed timelines Supporting manual processes and special projects as business needs evolve Maintaining and improving customer master data across systems, including account setup, updates, and data quality checks Partnering with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and address data issues impacting billing or collections Supporting credit processes and workflows using internal tools Handling urgent cases and escalations, partnering with leadership to resolve issues thoughtfully and efficiently Contribute to reporting, metrics tracking, and insights that support decision-making Identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation or AI-driven solutions
