McLaren Special Operations are looking for a talented Bespoke Relationship Manager at their Woking office. This role sits at the heart of strategic decision-making, turning client relationships into long-term partnerships for a company that's revolutionising the world of motorsport. You'll work directly with leadership to shape the company's direction in the global market.
About the Role
The Bespoke Relationship Manager is responsible for management of McLaren’s relationship with our VIP clients, predominantly in assisting them in designing and specifying their new cars whilst managing to complete specification in advance of production scheduling deadlines. The role involves ensuring that McLaren’s VIP clients are given the ultimate ownership experience resulting in a customer base that advocates our brand and products.
Accountabilities
- Ensure that McLaren’s VIP clients are given the ultimate ownership experience resulting in a customer base that advocates our brand and products.
- Be available on the phone and social media platforms to answer client queries outside of core work hours including weekends to foster an atmosphere conducive to a long-term relationship.
The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Technical skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of the functioning of an automotive design and manufacturing centre.
Personal attributes:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks and time efficiently.
- Excellent organisation skills.
