Description
We're looking for a driven and adaptable Sales Executive to join our commercial team during an exciting phase of innovation and growth. As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of new product launches, strategic projects, and evolving commercial initiatives that are reshaping how we deliver value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and sign new clients through proactive outreach, relationship building, and needs-based selling.
- Meet or exceed activity KPIs and sales targets, focusing on securing and growing revenue through new client acquisition.
- Understand client challenges and business goals to present tailored solutions that address their specific needs and demonstrate the value of Zoopla's products.
- Own the full sales cycle, from initial contact and discovery to closing the deal and transitioning clients to account management.
- Establish strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring a smooth sales process and a positive experience from first touch to contract signing.
- Work closely with the account management and product teams to ensure clients are receiving the best solutions and a seamless onboarding experience.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to position Zoopla as the leading choice for digital solutions in real estate.
Ideal Experience
- Proven track record in new business development, consistently hitting KPIs, and achieving sales targets.
- Experience selling a diverse range of products and services, with the ability to adapt your approach to meet varied client needs.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads, track sales activity, and maintain client records.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on activity metrics and closing sales.
