Description
In this role, you will be working as a US Contact Center Premier Sales Specialist for HSBC's Intl Wealth & Premier Banking department. The primary focus of this position is on outbound client sales and deposit gathering. You will engage with clients via phone, email, pre-booked appointments, and Zoom calls to generate new business referral opportunities for Wealth Centre, Wealth Direct, Mortgage, and Private Bank. You will also communicate HSBC Group international capabilities and benefits in servicing cross-border banking needs through clear, professional discussions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing a lead-based approach through HSBC's Client Relationship Management tool to engage clients
- Handling appointments booked by clients and interacting with them via phone, email, pre-booked appointments, and Zoom calls
- Generating new business referral opportunities for Wealth Centre, Wealth Direct, Mortgage, and Private Bank
- Communicating HSBC Group international capabilities and benefits in servicing cross-border banking needs through clear, professional discussions
- Increasing share of wallet with clients through focused outbound calling, using a lead-based approach to client management
- Identifying opportunities using a structured sales process, including appropriate analysis and preparation of presentations and pitches for additional products/services
To succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible, proactive, client-centric, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be willing to work flexible shift schedules (08:00 AM–05:00 PM ET).
