Salesforce Developer

We're looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our cross-functional Agile team. As a Salesforce Developer, you'll play a critical role in creating innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the business. You'll work on the development and maintenance of Salesforce solutions, leveraging your expertise to improve processes, enhance user experience, and drive automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain both declarative and programmatic solutions, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Apex.
• Work on complex integration projects involving external applications, APIs, and web services.
• Partner closely with Designers and Product Managers to translate user insights and business requirements into impactful technical solutions.
• Identify and implement improvements to optimise system performance and user experience.

Requirements

• Proven Salesforce expertise, with Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I qualifications (Platform Developer II is a plus).
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWCs), including lifecycle hooks, LDS, and complex form handling.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of external integrations (e.g. connected apps, Apex callouts, outbound messaging, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues from across all areas of the organisation, and seek to understand how your work aligns with business goals.
• Accountable for performance, playing your part in achieving team goals and ensuring your contribution positively impacts overall success.
• Commercially driven, resilient, and able to respond to changes without missing a beat.
• Innovative mindset, with interest in exploring AI and automation technologies to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem.
