We are seeking a Customer & Pricing Executive to join our team at Ford. As a key point of contact between our clients and logistics service providers, you will be responsible for managing orders from start to finish, coordinating international shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and ensure prompt resolution of issuescssues
  • Analyse market fluctuations and propose competitive pricing strategies
  • Coordinate international shipments and track cargo movement
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers
  • Provide regular updates to customers on shipment status and any delays

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or freight forwarding
  • Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
