Join Airtable as a Product Designer and help shape the future of our product experience. You'll drive the end-to-end design process across key product areas, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute on our product strategy.
As a Product Designer, you'll: Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process, from discovery to delivery Drive the UX framework, design standards, and quality bar across your product area Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented designs that elevate the user experience and drive business outcomes Lead and influence other designers through collaboration, feedback, and mentorship, setting the standard for craft on the team Develop and champion scalable design patterns and frameworks that work across platforms Prototype and validate new ideas in close collaboration with engineering and research Contribute to the broader design team's culture, processes, and shared practices
We're looking for someone with 8+ years of product design experience, ideally at a SaaS company. Your portfolio should showcase thoughtful, impactful work and end-to-end user experiences. You should have a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with product management, engineering, and research partners.
