Job Overview
This important role is the public face of the Security Team at Three Spires Shopping Centre. As a Dedicated Relief Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, providing first-class customer-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with all visitors and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service
- Conduct regular patrols of the shopping centre, being proactive and vigilant
- Identify opportunities to assist visitors and provide support wherever possible
- Ensure the site is safe and secure, reporting any incidents or concerns to the Control Room
- Liaise with the Control Room to manage incidents and ensure colleagues are briefed and supported
- Record and log all non-conformances and emergencies
- Deal efficiently and effectively with emergencies, keeping the Centre team informed
- Maintain vigilance and highlight unauthorised access by banned individuals
- Adhere to radio procedures and record events and incidents in the Security Officer notebook
Requirements
- SIA and CCTV badges are required for the role
- First Aid Training is also essential
