Job Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial training
• Experience as a Service Advisor
• Training as a certified Service Advisor (m/w/d) is desirable
• Valid driving license class B
• Fundamentally technical knowledge
• Communication skills, customer orientation, and flexibility
• Teamwork, initiative, and independence
• High engagement and willingness to learn

Job Responsibilities

• Active sales of service and accessories
• Customer-oriented advice with high technical expertise
• Development of customer relationships with the goal of high customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Control and monitoring of optimal repair processes and team utilization
• Agreement and arrangement of the required repair measures and payment method with the customer
