We are looking for an Operations and Logistics Associate to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. The role of the Operations and Logistics Associate is a critical part of ensuring our hardware gets into our customer's hands and we can successfully deploy our team to support our customer's missions.
This specific role will support the Intel Systems Business Line. The Logistics team has built a white glove service that is responsible for developing and executing Anduril's strategy to deliver hardware and software to our customers where it is both mission critical and logistically challenging.
As the Operations and Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for end-to-end deployment planning and delivery of Anduril hardware and equipment for all deployments, maintenances, and demos. You will collaborate with your supply chain operations partners, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure the shipment lifecycle is executed successfully.
You will also be responsible for white glove service delivery of Anduril hardware to its destination, owning domestic shipping of Anduril hardware, and proactively identifying, proposing, and fixing logistical processes.
In addition, you will provide feedback to internal stakeholders on how the customer's needs are met to enable continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree and 2 or more years of experience in a high-energy, fast-paced startup, management consulting, logistics and/or military environment.
The salary range for this role is $86,000-$114,000 USD per year, and highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers.
