We are seeking a Customer Success & Logistics Analyst to join our Customer Success team in Dublin. The Customer Success & Logistics Analyst is responsible for managing order delivery execution within Salesforce. This role ensures accurate scheduling, shipment coordination, intercompany visibility, and revenue tracking from an order creation through delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Order Scheduling & System Management - Follow up with Production to schedule deliveries for new orders in salesforce - Ensure accurate order status and delivery tracking in the system - Maintain data related to shipment dates, quantities, and delivery status Logistics Coordination - Work closely with our logistics teams in Dublin and Herndon on shipments both intercompany and to customers - Ensure delivery schedules are processed correctly in salesforce and aligned with target dates - Support resolution of shipment discrepancies and highlight delays - Maintain and update assets delivered Communication and Visibility – Intercompany - Provide clear visibility on delivery status including: - Revenue shipped - Open backlog - Delivery timelines - Attend meetings to proactively communicate regarding progress and risks - Periodic reporting on status and backlog - Act as backup for managing loan equipment inventory and process when required - Coordinate with internal teams and customers on loan equipment availability, returns and tracking.
Required Skills - Strong working knowledge of Salesforce - Strong coordination, collaboration and communication skills - Attention to detail - Familiarity with intercompany process within complex organisations - Experience with reporting and planning tools, such as Power Query, SQL, Excel Pivot, and PowerBI.
