Description
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our EMEA Lease Accounting team in London. The role will be responsible for aspects of the controllership and accounting function in support of our EMEA operations. You will report results to the business and implement process improvements to support global goals. In addition to accounting and reporting responsibilities, you will own and drive cross-border projects and develop best practices in processes and controllership on an international level.
Key responsibilities include representing the EMEA Accounting team, leading and driving various meetings with senior management on key financial statement areas, and owning the monthly, quarterly, and annual closes for the EMEA operations. You will also drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes and controls to obtain the highest integrity of financial reporting.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, or business, or a Bachelor's degree and experience in a quantitative role. You will also need experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field, as well as experience in multiple finance and accounting roles. Proficiency in SQL/ETL and experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools are preferred.
