Description
This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic concepts and initiatives to ensure attainment of all After Sales objectives. The position involves developing and administering continuous improvement processes to increase efficiency and optimize effectiveness across business processes from/to Porsche AG & Porsche Cars North America. Key responsibilities include assisting in the development and execution of multiple projects, participating in the gathering of requirements from business partners for the development of data analytic tools and reports, and providing live phone support to PCNA dealers in the event of troubles or questions arising.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data warehousing fundamentals, SQL Server, and relational/dimensional database design. They will also possess excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with large-scale data to build reporting solutions and knowledge of optimizing and performance tuning SQL and reports are highly desirable.
In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be a junior or senior in undergraduate studies, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. They will be organized, positive, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in an open office/noisy environment.
