At Oatly, we're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team in Berlin. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for implementing our brand and products at key customers in the out-of-home and food service sector across Germany.

Our goal is to establish ourselves as a leading dairy alternative brand in the DACH region. To achieve this, we need someone with the right knowledge, mentality, and positive madness to work with us and our customers to achieve long-term success.

Your Area of Responsibility

At Oatly, you won't be just a small cog in a big machine. You'll be part of the steering wheel and make a real difference.

  • Identify with our company philosophy and want to make the world a little bit better
  • Make Oatly visible and available to key account customers in the out-of-home sector, so that consumers can get milk alternatives everywhere they can't get them today
  • Be both strategic and operational in implementing our out-of-home strategy with your customers
  • Identify the most important key customers based on our out-of-home strategy and build successful and long-term relationships
  • Analyze market and sales data and lead corresponding strategic measures
  • Work cross-functionally and develop measures with various departments to excite our current and new customers in the out-of-home sector
  • Regularly exchange ideas with colleagues to give and receive impulses and develop and implement projects

Your Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in key account management in the FMCG, gastronomy, or food service industry
  • Expertise in the German out-of-home and food service market
  • Strategic thinker who has actively developed strategies for new channels and customers
  • Implementation-oriented and packs things to turn strategies and concepts into real success stories
  • Heart in the right place and highly motivated to make the world a little bit better
  • Communication talent and known as proactive
  • Team player - oats don't like to be alone
  • Always sees the glass half full, solution-oriented, assertive, and has perseverance
  • Travel-friendly and generally likes to be on the road
  • Communicates fluently in German and confidently in English
