Job Title: Officer, Settlement, Direct Custody and Clearing, HSS

Responsible for driving every part of the trade settlement with local brokers, including foreign exchange execution request handling as per various types of client instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage BAU operations with a strong emphasis on control, efficiency and process alignment
• Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimise the risk
• Provide accurate and valuable response to client inquiries with sufficient knowledge of market information
• Outstanding transaction handling with client and counterparty
• Review client Service Level Agreement regularly

Qualifications:

• Good command of Korean and English in both writing & speaking
• Good communication skills for internal and external clients
• Good understanding of overall banking transactions and operational policy and procedure
• Strong attention to details with accuracy
• Good process analysis and problem solving skills
• Strong Team Player with Customer Service oriented attitude
• Sufficient knowledge in various banking systems, policy, procedure and market information
• At least 2~3 years of Custody Business or banking operations experience
