Description
As a member of our Eignungsdiagnostik team, you will identify, promote, and develop potential leaders across various management levels within the company. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing assessment and development centres for leadership and talent development.
You will work closely with the management development and talent management teams to drive projects forward. Your tasks will also involve process management and organisational development.
This is a six-month internship starting in September, providing you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and develop your skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.
As a member of our team, you will have access to digital learning and working tools, mobile learning, and flexible working hours. You will also be part of an active community of interns and have the chance to network with colleagues from various departments.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong academic background in economics, psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of three semesters of study completed. Ideally, you should have some experience in HR, either in a corporate setting or through consulting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, be self-motivated and structured in their work, and have a good command of Microsoft Office. Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level) is also essential.
