Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our sales team. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers within your assigned territory or accounts.
Your primary goal will be to drive sales activities through both telephone outreach and in-person meetings to secure renewals and generate new business opportunities. You will identify customer pain points and desired outcomes, presenting Synopsys solutions that deliver measurable value and differentiate us from competitors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers within your assigned territory or accounts.
- Driving sales activities through both telephone outreach and in-person meetings to secure renewals and generate new business opportunities.
- Identifying customer pain points and desired outcomes, presenting Synopsys solutions that deliver measurable value and differentiate us from competitors.
- Creating and updating detailed account plans to highlight growth opportunities and maximize share and value for each customer.
- Researching and developing new customer leads and expanding existing accounts through targeted outreach and data-driven strategies.
- Preparing clear, effective written proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs and business objectives.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing, account teams, sales management, accounting, legal, and technical service groups for seamless execution.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and renewal revenue projections to support business planning.
- Participating in trade shows, conventions, and scheduling training seminars to enhance customer engagement and business development.
