Description
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our India-based product management team responsible for foundational platform capabilities that power our financial services ecosystem.
This is a highly strategic and technical leadership role that sits at the center of our architecture, enabling scale, compliance, and innovation across multiple products serving the U.S. consumer market.
You will own and evolve a portfolio of mission-critical platforms that are reused across multiple product lines and directly impact customer experience, regulatory adherence, monetization, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include defining and driving the long-term strategy and roadmap for core platform capabilities, ensuring platform services are scalable, secure, compliant, extensible, and reusable across the organization, and balancing immediate product team needs with long-term architectural integrity.
Additional responsibilities include identifying and driving opportunities to leverage AI both in product execution as well as within platform capabilities, proven experience owning and scaling complex, distributed systems, and experience in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or other regulated industries.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in platform product management, 3+ years of people management experience leading product managers, and experience with identity systems, billing/subscription systems, or compliance platforms.
Domain ownership includes identity & access management, accounts platform, pricing & plans, billing platform, notifications platform, and risk & compliance systems.
