Distribution Centre Operative/Administrator

We are looking for a Distribution Centre Operative / Administrator to join our Motorsport Distribution Centre. You will be part of a fast-paced, customer-facing team, processing all inbound and outbound goods, and completing orders that will assist the workshop in the build and maintenance of our cars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all processes are followed in a timely and effective manner, including the booking in of goods received, all internal credits, perpetual inventory counts, and helpdesk requests.
• Investigate and resolve errors and discrepancies thoroughly.
• Maintain accurate accounting and filing of paperwork.
• Ensure the Distribution Centre provides the highest possible level of customer service and presentation.
• Produce reports required by the departmental management team.
• Meet performance accuracy targets in line with department KPIs.
• Handle high-specification and high-value racing car components.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in processing goods in, despatching parts, internal picking, and regular inventory stock counts. You will be highly computer literate and have an eye for detail. You will have a can-do attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the Motorsport or automotive industry would be advantageous.
