Description

The Senior Customer Success Manager is critical to helping customers receive value from their investment in Tanium. The role operates in a collaborative team environment with other CSMs, developers, enterprise services, and sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging technical domain expertise and internal resources to provide effective solutions to customer issues
  • Advocating for customers by sharing feedback and use cases to product and engineering, support center, and the account team
  • Ensuring customer success through proactive periodic health checks, product training, and developing and sharing technical best practices
  • Understanding customer complexity and creating the best path to full Tanium platform adoption and expansion
  • Contributing to strategic customer plans and executing assigned strategies and tactics in coordination with other members of the account team

We're looking for a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working in ambiguity. The ideal candidate is curious, willing to learn from others, and eager to contribute suggestions and ideas to further customer and Tanium goals.
