Business Operations Analyst, Reporting and Insights - Data and Insights (D&I)

Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. The Data & Insights (D&I) team harnesses the power of data to deliver transformative insights and solutions to EA game teams and players.

As the Business Operations, Reporting and Insights analyst, you will translate data into clarity for leadership. You will create executive reporting, generating relevant insights, and improve the processes that underpin operational decision-ready insights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) that provides a clear, consolidated view of our performance

• Summarize data across operations, finance, and program delivery into decision-ready insights, highlighting trends, risks, and recommended actions

• Design and evolve dashboards, Goals, and reporting frameworks to improve visibility and decision velocity

• Automate and scale reporting processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability

• Ensure alignment on metrics, data integrity, and performance narratives

• Support business reviews and strategic programs through performance tracking.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business operations, consulting, or a related field

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

• 1-2+ years of experience with AirTable or equivalent database tooling.

• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, structured, and actionable insights

• Experience preparing executive-level reporting.

• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality
