Development Manager - EA SPORTS FC

As a Development Manager (DM) for the FC Ultimate Team, reporting to the Development Director, you will help manage a team of Software Engineers to deliver high-quality features for FC within the most played game mode. You will be responsible for managing different project management processes, ensuring timely delivery, and fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

What you'll do

• Manage a development team that primarily consists of Software Engineers.
• Host daily stand-up meetings and ensure the team is following procedures for work prioritization.

What you need

• 4+ years of Project Management or Project Lead experience with production lifecycles, processes and project planning.
