Director, Talent Management

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and globally minded talent leader to join our team in South Asia. As a Director, Talent Management, you will be responsible for driving impactful talent strategies in complex, matrixed, and multicultural organizations.

What you'll do

• Act as a strategic consultant to South Asia People Partners and business leaders, diagnosing talent challenges and co-developing impactful solutions aligned with our global talent strategy.
• Drive the deployment and execution of key global and enterprise talent initiatives within South Asia, ensuring clarity, consistency, and excellence in delivery.

What you need

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR Business Partnering, or related fields.
