ITS Service Engineer

You will work as an ITS Service Engineer at AVL Japan K.K., responsible for delivering professional and customer-oriented services according to customer requirements and defined processes. Your main duties will include performing test bed equipment installation, configuration, and maintenance & calibration, as well as providing start-up and operation support. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing systems, analyzing customer requests, and providing feedback on optimization potentials.

To succeed in this role, you will need a diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, instrumentation engineering, or a related field. You should have at least 3 years of experience in the relevant field and be able to work under high-pressure conditions. Good communication skills in Japanese and English are essential, as well as the ability to work across Japan and overseas.
