Description

We're looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to join our CPG Team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will define, launch and drive strategic outcomes and operationalize the vision for the sales team. You will lead a high-performing team of junior and senior Client Partners and Client Account Managers within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with a focus on Beauty, Health, and Household Care.

Your primary responsibility will be to grow Pinterest revenue sustainably across CPG by building the strategy and action plan for your scope of business, balancing short- and long-term priorities, and driving operational excellence across key metrics. You will use AI-enabled tools and insights to scale your impact,identify growth opportunities across a portfolio, prioritize where to spend time, and make faster, better-informed decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing team of junior and senior Client Partners and Client Account Managers within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with a focus on Beauty, Health, and Household Care
  • Building strong external relationships with senior decision-makers across partner organizations (brands and agencies), establishing trusted partnerships and driving industry thought leadership
  • Growing Pinterest revenue sustainably across CPG by building the strategy and action plan for your scope of business, balancing short- and long-term priorities, and driving operational excellence across key metrics
  • Using AI-enabled tools and insights to scale your impact,identify growth opportunities across a portfolio, prioritize where to spend time, and make faster, better-informed decisions

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong experience in advertising sales, media, and/or marketing/brand building, with an established network in the German market,preferably within CPG (Beauty, Health, and Household Care). You will also need to have strong people leadership capabilities; proven people manager experience required.

In addition, you will need to have a deep understanding of how media works, including core KPIs, terminology, and the drivers behind media investment decisions. You will also need to have practical AI fluency and strong adoption mindset: you’re curious, adaptable, and focused on using AI to improve how work gets done (productivity, efficiency, forecasting/pipeline management, and client management),not “AI for AI’s sake.”
