Application Engineer (Structures)

We are seeking a curious and motivated early-career engineer to join our Application Engineering team. As an Application Engineer, you will work closely with customers to understand their workflows and provide technical expertise to solve complex engineering problems. You will apply simulation techniques and expertise in structural linear dynamics to provide high-quality methodology support to customers and channel partners. You will also engage proactively with customers, learn their workflows, and identify solutions using Ansys technologies to meet their design needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with your supervisor to expand technical knowledge and gain experience with Ansys products and customer communication.
• Apply simulation techniques and expertise in structural linear dynamics to provide high-quality methodology support to customers and channel partners.
• Engage proactively with customers, learn their workflows, and identify solutions using Ansys technologies to meet their design needs.
• Conduct introductory training courses and participate in professional services projects, collaborating with other engineers across disciplines.
• Participate in the application testing of new product functions and features to meet evolving customer requirements.
• Actively join internal knowledge sharing initiatives, codifying best practices within and across technical disciplines.
• Support sales campaigns by providing technical guidance and promoting the value of Ansys software solutions.
