Our Team
Since the 2026 season, Audi has been competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. The new team has three locations. The Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Formula 1 factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Audi Motorsport Technology Center in UK is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.
Your Mission
As a Controller für Corporate Functions, you will be responsible for cost planning, forecast preparation, and analyses in close collaboration with the Operations division and other controllers. You will contribute to overarching finance topics such as budget planning, annual/multi-year planning, and group-wide planning and forecast processes. You will prepare and analyze monthly reports, variance analyses, and ad-hoc reports in cooperation with the specialist departments for Operations management and the executive board. You will also conduct profitability analyses and make-or-buy assessments to support decision-making.
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification. You should have several years of professional experience in the financial steering of departments or organizations. You should be proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as SAP (FI/CO); experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage. You should have strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex matters in a clear and understandable way. You should also have a high level of initiative, teamwork skills, and strong communication and assertiveness. Fluency in German and English language skills suitable for negotiation is required.
Requirements
