As a brand ambassador, you'll work daily with the latest Porsche models, helping to turn automotive dreams into reality.
In your role as a Technology Expert (m/w/d) at Porsche Centre Ulm/Neu-Ulm, you'll support our sales and service teams. For example, you'll set up the right Connect services for demonstration and fleet vehicles, ensuring everything runs smoothly #[newline]and providing our customers with expert assistance on 'Porsche Connect' topics.
As an open and clear communicator, you'll be the central point of contact for our customers. Exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction are the guiding principles to drive our success forward. With a focus on the essentials, you'll take care of appointment scheduling and order preparation, as well as preliminary tasks in the areas of complaints handling and accounting.
We're looking for someone with a passion for cars and a deep understanding of their technology and functionality. A technical or commercial training, preferably in the automotive industry, is ideal. You should enjoy working with diverse customers, be curious, willing to learn, and enthusiastic about continuous development.
