Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. As a Software Engineer I, you will serve as the Salesforce Developer, building highly scalable Salesforce solutions for millions of players worldwide. This is a hybrid role with 3 day presence at office in Hyderabad, India.
You will leverage the latest Salesforce features to deliver modern applications, while collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and cross-functional partners to create products that enhance the player experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing solutions for complex business problems using modern Salesforce constructs and custom development
- Estimating engineering effort during different stages of project life cycle
- Initiating and creating experiences in partnership with distributed teams to ensure the architectural vision is supported and delivered to the highest standards
- Building integrations with internal and external systems hosted in the cloud
- Exhibiting creativity while collaborating and working with designers, engineers of different technical backgrounds, architects and product managers
- Managing end-to-end development, thus ensuring the code written meets the highest standards regarding code quality and efficiency
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent with overall 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer
- 2 years of hands-on development experience in custom development with Salesforce Lightning and Apex
- Strong understanding and experience in Agentforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and their applicability to solve complex business problems
- Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including designing and developing custom integrations on the Salesforce platform
- Good experience in Omnichannel implementation (Async Chat, Phone, Email) along with Amazon connect/CTI
- Experience handling and managing large volumes of data and transactions with Salesforce
- Solid understanding of SDLC processes and experience working on Agile projects with distributed teams
- Good experience and understanding of UI/JavaScript frameworks
- Experience building Restful services and good understanding of integration principles
- Exposure to Salesforce package based development and enterprise architecture design patterns
