As the US Senior Marketing Director, you will be accountable for US brand strategy and launch excellence, partnering across an XF team to deliver a first-class COPD launch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, socializing, and refining the global brand strategy, value proposition, and positioning for COPD
- Translating strategy into clear priorities, success metrics, and launch plans aligned with enterprise objectives
- Designing, piloting, and scaling signature initiatives to accelerate adoption and sustain growth
- Building strong, trust-based partnerships with US Launch Lead and Regional Leads
- Integrating clinical, real-world, competitive, and market access insights to guide strategy
- Defining segmentation, targeting, and omnichannel strategy to optimize HCP and patient engagement
- Embedding AI-powered capabilities responsibly across planning, content operations, and analytics
Requirements include:
- Significant experience launching biologics and delivering end-to-end brand leadership in specialty care
- Deep knowledge of commercial strategy and core methodologies
- Proven track record engaging external stakeholders and converting insights into actionable strategies
Total Rewards: The annual base pay for this position ranges from $231,988.80 to $347,983.20. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives, including short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards, and commissions.
