Description
We are seeking a strategic finance partner to join our Global Workplaces & Real Estate leadership team. As a Sr Staff Financial Planning & Analysis professional, you will be responsible for managing, forecasting, and reporting on headcount, recurring costs, investments, and expected returns associated with our global real estate footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a strategic finance partner to Synopsys' Global Workplaces & Real Estate leadership and their staffs to influence long-range and annual plans, strategic initiatives, and capital investments.
- Manage, forecast, and report on headcount, recurring costs, investments, and expected returns associated with Synopsys' global real estate footprint
- Partner with leadership on site selection/disposition analyses
- Execute ad hoc projects as needed to support leadership on key business decisions
- Prepare presentations with recommendations to management
- Leverage the latest analytical tools to deliver support with optimal efficiency
- Collaborate with the broader finance team and indirect resources to meet and exceed responsibilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Experience in supporting and scaling major functions or business units efficiently
- Strong financial and operational planning and reporting skills coupled with solid business acumen
- Experience with financial systems including Anaplan and SAP; strong proficiency with Excel
- Must have a desire to Win and Have Fun
