Description
We are seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to join our Strategy and Transformation team. As an Integration Engineer, you will design, build, and support integrations that connect our HR stack to broader enterprise systems. You will work closely with HR, IT, and Security teams to drive automation and data accuracy across key lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and building scalable, secure, and resilient integrations across CoreWeave's HR, Finance, and Security environments
- Integrating with HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Okta, and Workato
- Collaborating with HR, IT, and Security teams to drive automation and data accuracy across key lifecycle processes
- Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of HR processes across payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance, as well as hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and EIBs. Experience integrating with Greenhouse and identity platforms like Okta is also highly desirable.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
